Create the name, identity and bottle labels for an entry-level Australian wine range targeting Cornish establishments within the hospitality industry.
The Solution
Australian and Cornish culture share a mutual love for surfing and breaking waves are essential for a successful session:
“Breaking wave is the breaking of water surface waves on a coastline. This occurs when the wave’s amplitude reaches a point where the crest overturns.”
Nautical stripes are associated with Cornwall, using them in an illusionistic manner to portray a breaking wave creates curiosity and an emotional reaction to sea and surf enthusiasts, locals and holidaymakers.
